Updated: February 2, 2026

WhatsMyPayment.com (“Company”, “we”, “us”) is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust as it relates to privacy and the security of information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you visit our sites, use our dashboard, or use our embedded widgets, landing pages, directory pages, and related services (the “Service”).

This policy covers two distinct groups:

  • Subscribers (our customers, typically mortgage professionals using the Service).
  • End Users (people who interact with calculators or submit lead forms on a Subscriber’s website or on Subscriber-configured landing pages).

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Subscriber Account and Billing Information

We collect information you provide when you create and manage a subscriber account, such as:

  • Name, business name, business contact details.
  • Account credentials and authentication information.
  • Branding assets you upload (for example, logo).
  • Subscription and billing metadata.
  • Customer support communications.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. Stripe may collect payment card information directly.

1.2 End User Lead Data

When an end user submits a form configured by a Subscriber, we collect the information the end user enters. Current fields may include:

  • First name, last name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Transaction type (purchase or refinance)
  • Calculator type
  • Price
  • Down payment
  • Term
  • Rate
  • Message
  • Timestamps and status fields used for workflow

This list may change as the Service evolves.

1.3 Technical and Usage Data

We collect technical data and usage data to operate, secure, and improve the Service. This can include:

  • Widget load events (including a subscriber identifier, tool/widget identifier, timestamp).
  • Referrer URL (the webpage that loaded the widget).
  • User agent string (browser/device information).
  • PDF download events (including tool identifier, calculator type, timestamp, referrer, user agent, and limited related values such as price where applicable).
  • Log data (such as error logs and security logs).
  • Analytics data (for example, via Google Analytics, which may use cookies or similar technologies).

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and operate the Service (including rendering widgets, generating PDFs, and delivering leads).
  • Authenticate users and administer accounts.
  • Process subscriptions and manage billing.
  • Send service-related communications (for example, confirmations, notices, and support responses).
  • Deliver leads to Subscribers through the dashboard, by email (if enabled), and via Zapier webhooks (if enabled).
  • Monitor performance, detect fraud, prevent abuse, and secure the Service.
  • Analyze usage and improve features and reliability.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. How We Share Information

3.1 With Subscribers

End User Lead Data is delivered to the Subscriber who configured the form. This may occur through:

  • Display in the Subscriber’s dashboard
  • Email delivery to a designated Subscriber email address (if enabled)
  • Zapier webhook delivery to the Subscriber’s connected tools or CRM (if enabled)

3.2 With Service Providers

We share information with vendors who help us provide the Service, such as:

  • Stripe for payment processing.
  • Resend for sending emails.
  • Zapier for optional CRM/webhook delivery.
  • Google Analytics for analytics and site/app measurement.
  • AWS S3 (or similar storage) for storing uploaded images such as logos.

These vendors process information on our behalf for the purposes described above, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

3.3 Legal, Safety, and Enforcement

We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to:

  • Comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Protect the rights, safety, and security of the Company, Subscribers, end users, or the public.
  • Prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Enforce our Terms or investigate potential violations.

3.4 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service and understand usage, including through Google Analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Service may not function properly.

5. Data Retention

Subscriber account data is retained while your account is active and as needed thereafter for legitimate business purposes such as billing, audit, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Lead Data is retained until the Subscriber deletes it from the dashboard or deletes their account, subject to reasonable backup, logging, and legal retention needs.

Technical and usage data may be retained for security, analytics, reliability, and debugging for a reasonable period.

6. Data Deletion and Requests

6.1 Subscribers

Subscribers can delete Lead Data from the dashboard. Subscribers may also request account deletion by following the in-product process or contacting us.

6.2 End Users

End users submit Lead Data to a Subscriber. In most cases, the Subscriber controls how that Lead Data is used after delivery, including storage in the Subscriber’s CRM or other systems.

If an end user requests access, correction, or deletion:

  • We can delete Lead Data from our systems if we can verify the request and identify the relevant record.
  • We cannot delete or change Lead Data that a Subscriber has already exported or stored in the Subscriber’s own systems. End users should also contact the Subscriber directly to address the Subscriber’s records.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. International Users

If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where we or our service providers operate. If you need specific data transfer terms (for example, for EEA/UK), contact us.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. The “Effective Date” at the top reflects the latest version.
