Finally we are moved into our new home. There search was hard and a ton of things went wrong. The only thing in this whole process that went well was working with Ally. This was not my first mortgage loan at the ripe old age of 68, but it was the first time i had done FHA. There seem to be be a lot of moving parts with FHA, but Ally recommended it and it saved a LOT of money on closing costs. She also taught us about other types of loans that could use in the future.
