We started out with Rocket Mortgage, and about halfway through the process we’d had enough. That’s when we found Texas Mortgage Pros and got hooked up with Jason. If you’ve never bought a house, let me tell you—it’s a grueling process full of stupid… and I mean stupid requests. This is my third home purchase, and up until now I had no idea what real communication looked like until we met Jason. Jason made me feel like I was his only client. Phone calls answered immediately, and if he ever missed one, I’d get a text saying, “I’ll call you right back.” And you know what? The dude kept his word—every single time. Anytime something didn’t go the way it was explained, Jason handled it. We even ran into a major issue after Jason told us we were good to go. That right there is what sold me that we had the right lender. When that issue popped up, Jason and I had a heart-to-heart conversation that ended with him saying, “I got you, man.
